About Harley Gordon

Harley Gordon is an attorney who concentrated in the field of Medicaid Planning. Based on his experience and commitment to the long-term care field he created, in 1998, the industry’s first professional program, Certified In Long-Term care (CLTC). The focus was not on how to sell a product but rather how professionals in the insurance field could have an educated conversation on the subject of long-term care (referred to as Extended Care). This elevated the status of producers who were also taught how to conduct an interview using a profoundly different approach. The program has over 35,000 graduates.
